The Lunar New Year fight or they might send me to jail because they  are 
unjust. Sad but true.

Issue: Why my 7 year old daughter Grace  who is half Chinese should be 
allowed to march with Organization of Chinese  Americans (OCA) in Flushing 2/17 and 
Manhattan 2/25 and also spend the Lunar New  Year 2/18 with my family and 
visit her Chinese school friends in  Chinatown
(Transfiguration Chinese school) 

Grace's father who is  Caucasian has refused and denied  Grace's right to any 
of the above.  

Last year - my ex's attorneys - Adam Edelstein from Edelsteins,  Faegenburg 
and Brown law firm made a racist statement in his 1/10/06 letter to  the court 
that Grace should not spend the Lunar New Year with me because, "...  the 
MOTHER IS NOT CHINESE..."

And this year once again, my ex and his  attorney refused and denied Grace's 
right. 

The court needs to be  informed and be educated that it is in Grace's best 
interest to respect all  cultures and it is fundamental to Grace's well being to 
embrace her  roots.

Denying anyone to celebrate one's heritage is ignorance and it  will only 
promotes division and hate instead of peace and  inclusiveness.

Grace's father who is Caucasian, cannot duplicates the  festivities, food, 
candies, clothes, red envelopes, parades,  the dragon  and lion dance and 
running around in Chinatown like all children should  welcoming the year of the 
Golden Pig.

Court Watchers needed badly. -  everyone is welcome (press, etc)
