Multimillionaire chef Daniel Boulud is passing over
workers of color for promotions to the wait staff and
the workers aren't going to take it anymore.  A group
of experienced Latino and Bengali bussers joined
worker center ROC-NY to fight back against racial
discrimination at one of New York's only four star
restaurants, "Daniel".  Join immigrant workers,
Reverend Billy, and community members to tell Mr.
Boulud that workers of color can be waiters too!
